MODIFICATION DEFENDER

Modern Land Rovers remain a benchmark to which many other quality manufacturers aspire expect in one detail. While Land Rover races to launch a small low emissions, LRX inspired vehicle every other 4x4 manufacturer already has its fleet of small engine, low tax, and low emission vehicles. Mercedes, BMW, Toyota, and Nissan all makes cars that are too small to get into, but that doesn’t matter. These cars lower the average CO2 output of the manufacturers overall fleet, which is increasingly important for survival in our emission conscious world.
In contrast everything Land Rover produces is over the top. Perhaps Land Rover is timing this nicely by capitalizing on its lucrative range right up until the last moment it’s not the only manufacturer to reduce production in the current climate. Encouragingly Defender production is currently up.
