First remove screws from door pull, latch bezel and for screws from lower tray. Carefully prise door panel away, releasing plug clip. Lift the door panel upwards over the lock button then disconnect the lead from the loudspeaker connection on the back. A roller probably broken. Use a long lever to guide the affected roller arm while operating the window switch. Peel back condensation film to expose lower half of door shell. Lower window until these two screws (either end of channel) are visible. Remove the bolts from the window channel, manually lift glass and secure it with tape over top of window frame and on to glass. Remove these six bolts, but support the motor and regulator with one hand as the last couple of bolts are withdrawn.
Position the motor wiring connector through door aperture. Gently ease clips on rearwards side connector up and off. Let motor regulator assembly drop to bottom, fold the arms down and work assembly out through lower middle aperture. Release these three torx screws using a no 30 bit, and carefully remove the motor from its seating on the regulator. When refitting motor ensure pinion mashes with regulator teeth and sits flat on plate with holes aligned before fitting the screws. if the regulator arms have spun around out of recognition while doing all this, here’s how it should look before you start refitting it. Reassemble in reverse order. Before fitting remaining bolt, note that two (pre installed) fixing bolts in new regulator locate the unit. Before fitting door panel, feed lock button though it, then align the plug clips down this edge and push on by hand all around. Fine screwdriver is useful to lift rubber seal if trapped under door panel top edge. Refit screws and latch lever, and the job are done.
