RANGE ROVER L322

These days the Range rover is almost at the stage where it’ll drive you home on autopilot it certainly won’t to be long before automated parking arrives to complement driver aids such as adaptive cruise control, which automatically keeps the Range Rover a safe, set distance from the car in front slowing if the other one does. And then there’s in a car technology such as TV and DVD with wireless headphone capability. On the 2010 models, the dual view center interface allows the front seat passenger to see a different image on the display to the driver, meaning he or she can watch a film while the driver follows the satnav. It’s almost impossibly clever, but it really works.
Then there’s the trim wood and leather have replaced the vinyl seats of the first models and the carpet is thicker than that fitted in most living rooms all combining to make it a very quit machine to drive.
The Range Rover can’t go any further up market, but it serves as a platform for Land Rover to introduce new technology, before trickling it down to the other after a few years.
