Heavy duty bumpers front and rear will fend off impacts, reducing damage to the panels and lights and helping maintain its roadworthiness. Bumperettes on a Defender or series rear cross member will protect rear lights from parking impacts. There’s a real plethora of armour available to keep your Land Rover going through thick and thicker for year after years. Diffs are the lowest item and usually the first to hit something.
