Land Rover barely qualifies for the current exclusive list. There’s just couple of relatively minor issues, and owners of affected vehicles will already have been contacted. It’s worth knowing though. If you drive a Range Rover sport, that only stick on balance weights, not the clip on type, should be used during wheel balancing after tyre fitting.
The other latest recall concern a few petrol engine Discovery built in 2004/2005, in which a fuel tank breather pipe may not be to specification. Affected vehicles were being recalled for a new fuel tank to be fitted. One thing’s for sure when such issues, minor or major, come to light, the company responds efficiently with an all time fix.
