SAFTY JOB

There is a small lug in the back presumably to aid fitting on certain vehicles, but we weren’t going to drill a hole just for that so that was knocked off.  And it still wasn’t flat. It turns out that one of the bolt holding the interior cover in the place exits through the bodywork, so we had to modify the lens mount to accommodate this.
It also begs the question, if you did bolt the lens mount from the inside, how would you re fix the interior covers? Anyway everything was about right the lens mount was suitably modified and pilot holes were drilled for the self tappers. Then disaster struck.
With new screw and slightly bigger holes, the mounts did go on and so did the lenses. The resulting area of light is about twice as much as it was so there will be no excuse for people not seeing the back of your 110.
