FOR 2007 RANGE ROVER

One of the most significant components on the new Range Rover TDV8 is one of its smallest the fuel guard system that senses if a petrol filler nozzle is inserted by mistake and a flap seals the neck. Why is that significant? Well, what a fantastic measure of Land Rover’s success in making a powerful diesel engine that’s so smooth, refined and quiet that someone who borrows your car could think it’s a petrol unit and slosh in a thankful of unleaded with expensive consequences.
But, of course, the big story about the TDV8 is its torque. Torque is the measurement of an engine’s rotational force, its grunt and the TDV8 engine has vast reserves of it. The twin turbo V8 diesel produces more torque than six1.6 litre Series is harnessed together or two Td5 Defender and then some.
